In reply to Andrew geary. In short yes, since you are crash maneuvering your ship which means you are controlling locally. Now since you are operating your engine in backup during such operations and rudder have separate power you need to control rudder separately electronically or locally.

Sir in diagram u wright 140ATDC 2 times.one should be 140BTDC.PLS current.Thanks for ur attention.
